Contacting suppliers and subcontractors from various countries to obtain quotations, and evaluating the received offers to determine the best one commercially and technically for the projects.
\u00a0 \u2022 Supporting the design team issuing design submittals (Drawings and Specification), and supporting site teams during construction stage.
\u00a0 \u2022 Producing relevant data and reports as may be required by Planning, Cost Control and Contracts departments.
\u00a0 \u2022 Preparing of variation proposals and claims during construction stage.<\/p>\n
2- Technical office works :
\u00a0 \u2022 Review schematic designs of new projects received from the design team, to verify their compliance with local building codes & regulations.
\u00a0 \u2022 Develop shop drawings for projects according to the project design documents and technical proposal
\u00a0 \u2022 Conduct site visits whenever needed to collect all information required to prepare the shop drawings
\u00a0 \u2022 Studying the approved technical proposals during tender stage compared to the site actual conditions
\u00a0 \u2022 Amend shop drawings with any modification and keep record with the latest requirements and adjustments
\u00a0 \u2022 Reviewing structure & MEP drawings and technical coordination between all disciplines.
